Dissertação de Mestrado em Marketing apresentada à Faculdade de EconomiaPropósito: Essa dissertação tem como objetivo estudar a perceção dos turistas “estrangeiros” face à imagem do destino Luanda. Este estudo visa assim avaliar a satisfação com o destino, bem como testar de forma empírica os construtos que provavelmente podem influenciar na satisfação. Para isso, escolheu-se como antecedentes da satisfação com o destino: o país de origem, identidade do local, distinção ideal, autenticidade, envolvimento duradouro de viagens, assim como as emoções positivas e negativas. Como consequentes escolheu-se o afeto ao lugar, a intenção de revisitar, a intenção de recomendar e a preferência pelo destino. Metodologia: Para analisar as relações acima ...
