Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is characterized by not expressing estrogen, progesterone nor HER2 receptors and is considered to be the breast cancer subtype with the worst prognostic. Nowadays, TNBC's treatments have been a challenge due to the lack of targeted therapies and its heterogeneity. This final degree project presents a research proposal for a therapeutic tool based on the production of modified exosomes as nanocarriers for miR-21's expression decrease in Triple Negative Breast Cancer
