PROMOSI BUDAYA INDONESIA WAYANG DAN BATIK DI EROPA TIMUR MELALUI NANO POWER DIPLOMACY

Promotion of Indonesian Culture Wayang and Batik in Eastern Europe through Nano Power Diplomacy carried out by an individual is in line with Indonesia's national interests. This further strengthens the position and existence of an individual as one of the diplomatic actors, in other words the state is not the only vital actor in IR but there are also non-state actors who increasingly play their role on the international stage. They carry out their role as diplomatic actors through various efforts to promote Indonesian culture based on non-delegation activities and personal visits in various countries. This study uses the concept of Nano Power Diplomacy and the concept of Multi-Track Diplomacy with descriptive-qualitative methods in explaining the position of an individual as a diplomatic actor in a country, as well as how relations between individuals and countries are indirect and non-coordinative based on nano diplomacy activities in Europe East in 2015. The success of nano diplomacy through puppets and batik depends on the sustainability of the diplomatic programs. The diplomacy program must be repeated so that it is memorable in the hearts of the people of a country so that it can leave a good impression on Indonesian culture
