PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI ( Studi Pada Whiz Prime Hotel Malang )

The purpose of this study is to describe the motivation at Whize Prime Hotel Malang, describe job satisfaction at Whize Prime Hotel Malang, describe the performance of employees at the Whize Prime Hotel Malang, to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Whize Prime Hotel Malang, to analyze job satisfaction in moderating the influence of motivation on employee performance at Whize Prime Hotel Malang. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees and used a total sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is a scale range analysis tool, simple linear regression analysis, moderation regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that motivation is high, job satisfaction is sufficient, performance is sufficient. The first hypothesis testing shows that work motivation has an effect on employee performance and the moderation test shows that job satisfaction moderates between motivation and employee performance. Suggestions for companies should the hotel management improve how to communicate good employees with colleagues so that employees work better. Then give direction so that employees respect fellow co-workers so as to encourage employees to work better and the management to implement work procedures that are set to provide convenience in completing work
