PENGARUH SEKTOR BASIS DAN NONBASIS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN GRESIK TAHUN 2010-2018

Viewed from the GRDP Economic growth in Gresik Regency in 2010-2018 tended to decrease. the growth of many sectors can support one another. Therefore, it must be examined 17 economic sectors according to the business field, which includes the base sector or non-base sector. The purpose of this study was to identify the basis and non-base sectors and their effects on economic growth in Gresik Regency. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS Gresik district and East Java Province as a comparison region. The data analysis method uses Location Quotient and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study show that the base sector has a positive effect on economic growth. And the non-base sector has no effect on economic growth. Simultaneously the base and non base sectors have an effect on economic growt
