Pengaruh Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (Zpt) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Kayu Putih (Melaleuca Leucadendron Linn)

Necessity of eucalyptus oil is increasing and to rely on generative reproduction will be not enough to meet the demand. Do the success rate of top cuttings can be amplified by adding growth hormone such as NAA (Naptheine Acetic Acid) and IBA (Indole Butyric Acid). This research was conducted in July until September 2019 at Research and Development Perum Perhutani (PUSLITBANG) Cepu. This research aims is to compare the effect of adding different dosage of NAA and IBA and to determine the effective dosage toward Kayu putih top cuttings (M. leucadendron Linn) growth. This research used Randomized Complete Blok Design (RCBD) with one factor which is adding NAA and IBA. Every treatment is repeated 3 times and each treatment has 5 plant sample so there are 105 unite of attempts. Observable variable are including numbers of leaves, height, root length, number of roots, wet weight and dry weight of root, wet weight and dry weight of buds then tested it with Duncan’s to determine the most effective auksin hormone. Result showed that there is real correlation between numbers of leaves and height in NAA 300 ppm treatment. The longest length of root is in IBA 75 ppm treatment
