PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Property, Real Estate, dan Konstruksi Bangunan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2018)

This study aims to empirically prove that profitability, liquidity, and leverage affect financial distress. The population in this study are property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the IDX in 2018, totaling 81 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, assessing the feasibility of the regression model, assessing the entire model, testing the coefficient of determination, calculating the true and false estimation values, and testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously. Hypothesis test results show that: profitability affects financial distress, liquidity does not affect financial distress, and leverage affects financial distres
