PERUBAHAN PERILAKU MANTAN PEKERJA MIGRAN DI DESA TANGGULWELAHAN KECAMATAN BESUKI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

This research aims to determine the change of social behavior experienced by migrant workers from Tanggulwelahan village and the influence of behavioral changes to social life. This type of research is detailed using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in research are obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The research uses a data analysis technique with interactive models. The results showed that changes in social behavior experienced by migrant workers from the village of Tanggulwelahan include: increased work ethic, withdrew from society, increased confidence of former migrant workers, shift in the view of life hedonism, consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the influence of behavior on social life in society is the disruption of relationships with family and neighbors
