UJI RESPON PERTUMBUHAN STEK TUNAS KENTANG (Solanum tuberosum L.) PADA PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK BEBERAPA TUMBUHAN

Datas from BPS and Directorate of Horticulture (2017), the total production of Potatoes in Indonesia has decreased between year 2015 2016 – as much as 9.54%, the situation is inversely proportional to the needs of potato in the period 2015 – 2016 experience the increase of as much as 8.35%, so the work done to meet those needs is through the import of potatoes. One of the factors that make potato less than optimal production caused by the use of the seed that comes from the rest of the potato consumption. One of the efforts in the provision of seed potato quality is through cuttings shoots potatoes. The success of potato shoot cuttings are characterized by the formation of roots on the shoots. To prepare age transplant cuttings that are fast and have a normal growth, then required the addition of a Plant Growth Regulator (PGR / ZPT) to stimulate the growth of the root. The purpose of this study was to test the response of a Potato cuttings sprout growth on the giving of extracts of various herbs that supposedly contains the PGR compared to commercial PGR Rootone F on cuttings planlet production. In this study used a randomized Design Group (RAK) is simple, consisting of 14 levels range of plant extracts, and 1 as control (synthetic PGR Rootone F) that is repeated 4 times. The treatment consists of: Z1 = Z2 = bamboo shoots, coconut water, Aloe Vera, Z3 = Z4 = Z5 = onion, coconut milk, bamboo shoots + Z6 = bamboo shoots + Aloe Vera, Z7 = bamboo shoots + onion, Z8 = coconut water + Aloe Vera, Z9 = coconut water + onion, Z10 = Aloe Vera + onion, Z11 = bamboo shoots + Coconut water + Aloe Vera, Z12 = coconut Water + bamboo shoots + onion, Z13 = water coconut + Aloe Vera + onion, Z14 = coconut Water + bamboo shoots + Aloe Vera + onion, Z15 = Rootone F (control). Data analyzed with F-test level 5% and 1%, If there are any real influence then conducted further analysis with BNJ test standard of 5%. The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatment plant extracts and synthetic pgr (rootone f), shows the influence of the not real variables arose against the roots, cuttings, high value added number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, root length primary the primary root, the number of branches, number of branches, root fresh weight root, root dry weight, fresh weight, dry weight of header header, at each interval of observations
