Road transportation has brought great changes to the interior, therefore as one of the important role holders in land transportation, road as infrastructure plays an important role in the transportation sector, service and goods mobility and economic growth in a region. The construction of Bantaran Plantation Road in Blitar Regency in the form of geometric planning along with the pavement aims to provide smoothness, safety and comfort for road users and is expected to improve the economy of the community around the road. In the geometric planning of the road there are several Horizontal Alignments namely 2 Full Circle bends and Vertical Alignments in the form of 2 convex vertical curves and 1 concave vertical curve. And in the pavement planning obtained a total thickness of 33 cm in the form of a surface layer of 13 cm, top layer of foundation 20 cm, bottom layer of 10 cm. In the Geometric Planning and Pavement Road Plantation of Bantaran Regency, Blitar Regency requires a budget of Rp. 12,419,286,717, - be counted (Twelve billion four hundred nineteen million two hundred eighty-six thousand seven hundred seven rupiah)
