PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI AUDIT ENERGI LISTRIK PADA GEDUNG BERBASIS WEB

The use of electrical energy in a building is often wastes. The improvidence always makes a cost of the use electrical energy swell. Therefore, an effort to save energy needs to be done to make it effective and efficient. Energy audit is an activity carried out in order to review energy use, look for potential energy savings, and provide give an input on the policies of energy use in the future. In the context of innovation in the energy audit process in order to keep abreast of developments in information technology, software design in the form of information systems is needed, so that the energy audit process can be done easily, quickly and saving cost, time, and energy. In this research, an energy audit was conducted at the Graha Pena Jawa Pos Surabaya Building. Energy audits were carried out using a walk through audit method to find IKE, OTTV, and RTTV values. From its results, the IKE value obtained per year of 164.503 kWh/m2/year that included in the efficient category. OTTV value was 74.7175 W/m2 belongs wasteful category and RTTV value was 13.76 W/m2 belongs in the efficient category. For the level of satisfaction of users of performance information systems value was 4.75, information and data value was 4.73, economics value was 4.53, efficiency value was 4.67, service value was 4.71 belongs in the SATISFIED category. Whereas, the control and security section was 3.43 belongs in the DOUBT category
