ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 3 ASSALAAM MALANG

Character education of students is the responsibility and active role of all parties, both educators, parents and the community to instill character education at every opportunity. SD Muhammadiyah 3 Assalaam Malang implements religious habituation activities and implements daily programs routinely, including memorization of mahfudzot, short letters, memorization of hadiths, lecture lectures. The existence of this program is very supportive and becomes a school's competitiveness, uniqueness and excellence. This research uses descriptive research and a qualitative approach. This study describes the implementation, constraints, and solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of character education. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Assalaam Malang. To find out the results of this study researchers conducted observations, interviews, documentation and field notes. The results of the study are as follows (1) the implementation of character education that is implementing religious habituation activities about memorizing short letters simultaneously in the mosque, praying duha followed by a lecture lecture, memorization of hadith and mahfudzot, guidance on learning the Qur'an, charity activities. Every activity takes place, the teacher makes a code of conduct by giving 10 punishment and 5 rewards. This is in accordance with the vision and mission of the school to realize quality Islamic educational institutions to make a quran generation, intelligent, achievement, character, and global outlook. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of character education, including infrastructure and order. (3) Solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of character education, including using existing infrastructure and encouraging all elements related to the school including parents and the community to work together to form the character of student
