LAPORAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN.A DENGAN FRAKTUR MANDIBULA ATAU PATAH TULANG PADA RAHANG BAWAH

Mandibular fracture is a break in the continuity of mandibular bone. Loss of continuity in the lower jaw (mandible) can be fatal if not handled properly. Most causes of fractures are due to traffic accidents such as motor and car accidents and pedestrian accidents when crossing. The purpose of writing this report is to get an overview of the nursing process in patients with mandibular fractures. The method of this report uses the interview technique conducted in Room 5 of the Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang. The results of the report on nursing care obtained priority diagnoses are acute pain associated with physical injury agents, interventions performed are pain management, wound care, promotion of communication. Discussion of the results of this nursing care report can be concluded that Mr. A using analgesic therapy has been proven to reduce moderate to mild pain scale
