ANALISIS PENJADWALAN PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN MEUBEL CV. ARDHIE PUTRA MALANG

CV. Ardhie Putra Malang is a company engaged in the field of furniture, the purpose of this study is to find out the best scheduling method in addition to optimizing production scheduling. The method used in this study is the job sequencing method. This method has 4 methods, namely FCFS (First Come First Serve, SPT (Shortest Processing Time), LPT (Longest Processing Time), EDD (Longest Expiration Date). The results of this study turn out that EDD and SPT methods are optional optional for the selection method , with an average score of 48 days, 37.5% utility, the average work on the system is 2.67 jobs and a total delay of 26 days.Efforts to make the best production scheduling optional in CV Ardhie Putra can use the EDD or SPT method because has the best value of the other method
