ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, person organization fit, person job fit and turnover intention and to determine the dominant influence between the variable job stress, person organization fit, person job fit on turnover intention. Population and sample used in this study amounted to 60 employees of CV. Jade Indopratama. Data analysis techniques using a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous test, partial test and dominant test. The results of this study indicate job stress in the high enough category, person organization fit in the high enough category, person job fit in the high enough category and turnover intention has a pretty high average.
