UPAYA IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGATASI GANGGUAN TIDUR PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III Pada Ny.R Di Singosari-Kab.Malang Tahun 2019

When transferred Trimester III pregnant women have felt many considerations about abdominal enlargement, anatomical changes and physical changes. Complaints that are accommodated in the lower back, shortness of breath, and difficulty sleeping. One of the complaints of pregnant women that often occurs is sleep disturbance. So that pregnant women do not have trouble sleeping, a lot of work can be done. The purpose of this study is to study and discuss more deeply what can be done in addressing sleep problems in trimester III pregnant women. The research design used was qualitative research using a purposive sampling case study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Samples taken as many as three respondents, pregnant women as P1, husbands as P2, and biological mothers as P3. The results of this study obtained 3 themes: 1. Changes in pregnancy, 2. Causes of sleep problems in pregnant women. 3. Efforts to overcome sleep problems in pregnant women. The discussion of this research is the way pregnant women in overcoming sleep problems by means of relaxation and relaxation, discussed by listening to music, listening to murrotal, and giving comfort to their sleeping position. This can make pregnant women can relax and calm their thoughts which can make pregnant women sleep at night
