UPAYA BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL DALAM PENCEGAHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI KALANGAN PELAJAR (Studi di Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Batu)

The high abuse of narcotics in the students especially Batu city showed the need for efforts to handling the Agency Agency Narcotics National (BNN). The objectives to be achieved in writing this law are 1) to find out the preventive and repressive efforts of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in handling narcotics abuse among students , and 2) to know the obstacles of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in carrying out their duties in accordance with Law number 35 of 2009 article 70 on narcotics. The approach that is used in the writing of research this is a juridical sociological with the subject of research Agency Narcotics National (BNN) in Temas , district . Batu , Batu city , East Java . Results penelitain shows that the efforts of preventive who conducted by BNN Batu city in the form of doing counseling and socialization of drug are regularly in schools , doing the campaign Stop Drugs , and in collaboration with the Department of Education to slip material on the dangers of narcotics in teaching in schools , while the efforts of repressive thatconducted by BNN Batu city in tackling abuse of narcotics in the students is to conduct raids and spot checks on the students in the school along with Satreskoba Police Batu , 2) constraints faced by BNN Kota Batu in the fight against drug abuse among students First , the budget and means infrastructure operations are still limited. Second , lack of awareness of the public about the importance of tackling drugs in the students . As for the suggestion of research need to increase the performance of the clerk authorities , the need for support and participation of the community , should be an increase in supervision of the parent to the child / adolescent , and for school character education needs to be improved not to use drugs or dangerous substances such as narcotics
