EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN ANTIBIOTIK SECARA KUANTITATIF DAN KUALITATIF PADA PASIEN DI RUANG ARJUNA DAN BIMA RSUD Dr. ISKAK TULUNGAGUNG

Infection is a condition caused by proliferate harmful microorganisms that either sets off clinical symptoms or doesn't. Infections caused by bacteria treated with antibiotics, improper use of antibiotics caused antibiotic resistance. Evaluation antibiotics used quantitatively with DDD and qualitatively with Gyssens method to assess the correct or inadequate used of antibiotics. Evaluating antibiotics used quantitatively with DDD and qualitatively with Gyssens method in Arjuna and Bima hospital Dr.Iskak Tulungagung.Research methods are observational retrospective and we will present data in descriptive terms. We do the sampling in patients receiving antibiotic therapy in the Arjuna and Bima RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulunggaung majesty during the October 1 - December 31, 2019. The largest quantity of antibiotic used in the Arjuna room is Seftriakson DDD/100 patient-days 23,77, while in the Bima room Seftriakson DDD/100 patient-days 15,08. the use of antibiotics has quality there are in the Arjuna and the tallest way is a category 0, which matches the percentage of antibiotics in the 54,60% Arjuna and 46,70% in Bima room
