The primary objective of this study is to examine the association between organisational culture and knowledge sharing for SMEs in Malaysia. This study used a cross-sectional design and a self-administered questionnaire to collect quantitative data from 150 owner-managers of SMEs broadly located in Selangor, Perak, Sabah, and Sarawak. Findings of this study showed that organisational structure, knowledge workers, leadership, and process change play a significant positive role in the development of knowledge management among the SMEs in Malaysia.
