This paper is a victimization study of burglary that analyzes factors in a quantitative method. Ordinary least squares regression is applied to data gathered on an individual neighborhood. Limitations of this method is discussed and an alternative weighted least squares regression is performed on four separate models. The results of these regression methods are discussed.Master of Public AdministrationPublic AdministrationUniversity of Michigan-Flinthttps://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/bitstream/2027.42/143335/1/Hect.pd
