Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations are both powerful methodologies for the characterization of biomolecules. Moreover these techniques are highly complementary, providing the basis for a synergistic approach to the characterization of molecular structure and dynamics.
