Teacher Turnover

In time, schools will be filled to capacity, and quality teachers will be at a minimum. Teacher turnover is, and will be, a significant problem in our schools and one that should be addressed through educational reform in order to recruit and sustain quality teachers. The purpose of this paper is to show the need for quality teachers, while, at the same time, explaining why teacher attrition exists at all.
