The Orusov brothers reminisce about a large vegetable garden that their family kept in Siberia where they grew potatoes, carrots, rutabaga and cabbage. Their diet was also supplemented with berries and mushrooms collected from the nearby forest. For the winter, the family salted mushrooms and cabbage.
