This document presents a preliminary assessment of the offline computing resources needed by LHCb in 2022, where data will be taken with the upgraded LHCb detector. The computing requests are based on the Computing Model Technical Design Report for the LHCb Upgrade, with adjustments due to the change of the LHC running schedule and the expected activities to be performed by the LHCb experiment
