The Role of Refresher CourseiIn the Development of Inclusive Education at the University (by the Example of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University)

The article deals with the main features of the implementation of training courses "Inclusion in the University" on the basis of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University. The subjects of the program of training courses are the Department of distance and inclusive education and the Department of social work and psychological and pedagogical education. In this article, the author uses statistical data obtained in the course of a continuous survey of students. The main idea of the author is that the key condition for the development of inclusive education in an educational organization is its teaching staff.В статье рассматриваются основные особенности реализации программы курсов повышения квалификации «Инклюзия в ВУЗе» на базе ФГБОУ ВО «Магнитогорский государственный технический университет имени Г.И. Носова». Субъектами реализации программы курсов повышения квалификации являются Отдел организации дистанционного и инклюзивного образования и кафедра социальной работы и психолого-педагогического образования. Автор использует статистические данные, полученные в ходе сплошного анкетирования слушателей курсов. Основная мысль автора заключается в том, что ключевым условием развития инклюзивного образования в образовательной организации выступает ее профессорско-преподавательский состав
