URBÁNKOVÁ, P. Recommendations for increasing the number of visitors of Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The bachelor thesis attempts to determine appropriate recommendations that would lead to increased number of visitors of Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. It also deals with the current situation in the spa tourism market and with the evaluation of factors affecting the traffic of clients of health insurance companies and private clients. The thesis further identifies the main obstacles that discourage potential visitors from visiting the spa. To find out the wishes and preferences of both cur-rent and potential spa guests, primarily the results of two questionnaire surveys (n1 = 141, n2 = 177 respondents), 50 in-depth interviews with clients and internal materials of the company were used.
