This bachelor thesis contains a proposal of marketing strategy for target subject - consumer's cooperative COOP. It identifies common and unusual strategies in the store space that are being used. It sums up the most important information about the company, it contains an analysis of inner and outer environment and of company's main competition. It contains its own research in the form of a survey. Based on the SWOT analysis a set of recommendations to increase competitiveness are assembled
