The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation the quality of tourism in chosen destination Zemplínska Šírava and is devided into two parts. The theoretical part includes literature overview of a destination management, rural tourism, a quality of a destination, a loyalty to a destination and methods of an evaluation of the quality. The practical part includes analysis of a current situation in the destination and it is based on a questionary survey and the obtained results are evaluated by IPA analyse. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the quality of tourism in the destination and identify the factors, which influence the loyalty of customers. After that the thesis suggests recommendations for service providers
