Vliv faktorů kvality destinace na loajalitu návštěvníků horských oblastí

The main content of this thesis is identification and the evaluation of the influence of quality factors on the loyalty of visitors of mountain areas in the Czech Republic. As partial goals are considered the research of visitors satisfaction with quality factors and evaluation of the factors significance in the region. A questionnaire was used for collecting answers, then to assess the data was used a multi-dimensional regression model and the conclusion includes recommendations for business subjects
