The thesis solves optimization and extension of system for evaluations of employees in Kurzor company. The thesis examines current state and presents existing web applications which are already in production. These web applications are compared and denied based on the requirements of the client. The theoretical part defines the concept of proposed solution and future properties of the system. The practical part is divided into implementation of the proposing solution, testing of the resulting application and its application into practice. Application part of the system uses JavaScript library MobX. For manipulation with data at the server side is used the Slim framework with combination of the MySQL database
