Směrnice o službách a dopady její implementace

This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of legislation regulating free movement of services and Directive on services in the internal market. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part concentrates on defining the concept of ser-vices and its key features along with analysis of the crucial sections of the Directive 2006/123/EC. Thesis focuses especially on the cross-border service pro-vision and activities related to it. Practical part concerns the comparison of the implementation of the Directive into national legislation in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Moreover, it examines the effects of this regulation on local markets through the evolution of selected macroeconomic indicators
