Faktory ovlivňující vysokoškolské studenty ekonomicky zaměřených oborů na trhu práce

Master thesis is focused on identifying factors that influence employers in the selection of a suitable candidate for the word position, and the factors that influence students as jobseekers. It is divided into literary review and results. The literary review deals with the position of university graduates, labor market and human resource management. A partial aim is to identify differences in the factors that influence students in the bachelor and master´s degree as jobseekers. The second partial aim is to compare the factors, that are important for student with factors, that are in the selection of a suitable candidate for work position important for empoyers. In the results part there are evaluated the questionnaires, which were completed by 301 students of final semesters Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno and 354 employers registered in the Portal of Practical Training Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University. The questionnaire research was conducted in the period June to September 2016
