Design solitérního svítidla

This dissertation discusses problematics of illumination. Based on its findings, it aims to design a solitaire interior lighting. This dissertation is divided into two main parts. Firstly, the theoretical part describes light fundamental photometric and electronic parameters; looks into influence of light on human beings and summarize artificial illumination from the historic point of view. Moreover, It looks closely into perception of light in interior, its relationship to space and describes the most important principles of illumination. Furthermore, it lists different light sources and their division based on their use. The second part includes practical steps of a light designing. It contains research, elements of inspiration, sketches, and different variants of design, construction and material solution, visualization of final proposal and showing of manufacturing process
