The approach of presented theses: Proposal of remedial tree work on lime tree with statutory protection in Jílové u Prahy, can be also applied to large trees which do not have statutory protection. Practical applications of tree hazard remedial actions are shown in this case study. Remedial tree work is studied in theory and executed in practice. The literature review lists different approaches how to care for such trees, from the diagnosis to actual undertaking of tree work itself. The methods of the tree management undertaken on this tree are described in each step: tree survey and assessment, problem diagnosis, plan of actual remedial actions and their practical implementation
