The Bachelor Thesis is focused on analysis of company financing. Within the theoretical part of the thesis, literary research of the financing topic is elaborated. Theoretical part desribes sources of financing and approaches to business financing, especially it describes optimal capital structure and golden rule of financing. In the practical part of thesis, there is analysis of company IMPERA styl made using methods of interview and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis an optimal capital structure of the company and financial goals are proposed
