Biopotraviny - současný stav a perspektivy v Kraji Vysočina

The theme of this work is assess the current state of organic foods and their prospects in Highlands region. The theoretical part was focused on environmental, economic, social and other aspects of the production and consumption of organic food. Also was assessed the development of the scope and structure of organic farming and organic food sector in the Czech Republic and individual regions. The practical part of the work has already been at the Highlands region. Survey took place here on the selected specific farms focusing on production, market strategy, forms processing and marketing of products. The object was also to evaluate and characterize ways of selling organic products to the final consumer in terms of range of products, origin and price.
