This bachelor thesis focuses on ceratin number of selected anti-nutritional substances which are contained in animal feed. The thesis is a summary and a closer investigation of these substances. The first part of work focuses on the division of the anti-nutritional substances, according to the way they are absorbed into the feed if they are not a natural component. Further the greater part of the work is devoted to the selected anti-nutritional substances. For each of the substances the chemical structure is described together with the most frequent occurrence, mechanism of the modifications to the organism, the negative effects and influence on the health.
