Voľba optimálneho programového vybavenia pre podporu riadenia ľudských zdrojov v obchodných spoločnostiach

The aim of this diploma thesis is already included in its title “The Choice of Optimal Software for the support of human resource management in businesses”. The thesis is divided into two main parts which are a literary research and a part with the results. As a part of the literary research we define the terms as human resources information system, its modules, functions, and benefits. At the same time we define a motivation for its implementation and describe the process of implementation. The part with the results presents the outcomes of the analysis of information and communication technologies on the Czech market. We specified a wide range of criteria which were subsequently evaluated. By means of multi-criteria evaluation of possibilities we suggested an optimal provider of human resources information system
