Novotná, P. Influence of ISO 9001 certification on the company performance. Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. Thesis deals with the influence evaluation of the quality system implementation on increasing company efficiency. It focuses on the analysis of its current state, management of the quality system and its administration. Aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the impact of ISO 9001 quality certification on the company financial and non-financial performance and identification of areas and indicators in which certification impacts are most expressed. For the solution was used an analysis of internal environment according to the 7S method, company self-assessment according to ISO 9004 and the methodology based on the principles of the EFQM model. Main finding is the underestimated impact of quality system implementation on company performance due to non-compliance with all requirements and principles of interconnected standard. Companies meet requirements of the standard primarily for purpose of meeting conditions for recertification audits and for entering into a business agreement with customers
