The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify weaknesses of restaurant facilities in region of Uherský Brod. The first part contains a theoretical overview about catering services, customer behaviour and a description of marketing research. There is also a methodology describing statistics methods. In the practical part data from questionnaire are analysed. Based on the results there is a discussion which presents recommendation for restaurant’s owners in region of Uherský Brod
