Mzdové rozdiely medzi mužmi a ženami v Českej republike a na Slovensku

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the development of wage inequality between men and women in The Czech republic and Slovakia and point to important fac-tors affecting the inequality of male and female wages. Using qualitative and re-gression analyses to examine the relationship of these factors to wage inequality. The outcome of the work is the formulation of recommendations and proposals for reducing wage inequalities on the basis of the reached conclusions
