Hodnocení výkonnosti zemědělských podniků

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of performance in two agricultural companies. In order to make proposals of recommendations in competitiveness. There are used financial and non-financial methods for evaluation. Within financial methods used in the thesis are financial analysis and economic value added. EFQM Model Excelence is used as a non-financial method. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains theoretical essentials required for the second part - Own work. In the second part there are companies described individually and there are also applied chosen methods. Results from applied methods are evaluated later on. On the basis of the evaluation are made proposals of recommendations to increase a productivity of the companies
