Optimalizace výroby ve strojírenském podniku

The diploma thesis is focused on the production process in custom oriented production according to business-economic criteria, these are the individual components of production costs, production capacity and the completion date. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to design an optimal production process and to create a mathematical model of the optimization problem. Based on the resulting analyses, a comparison of the new model with the existing one is made and recommendations for the analysed company are performed. The result of this work can be used as a general tool for production optimization for industrial companies operating in custom production.
