Metódy recruitmentu na vysokých školách

Diploma thesis is focused on methods of recruitment at universities with an emphasis on cooperation of companies and universities. The thesis analyzes the current state of cooperation of the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University in Brno from different perspectives – collaborative and non-collaborative companies, the faculty, as well as the perspective of students and graduates. It also examines the satisfaction of students and graduates with the possibilities of linking study with practice. Based on the analysis, an improvement proposal was developed. Data for the work were obtained through qualitative interviews with companies and university employee, and through questionnaires completed by students and graduates of the faculty
