The bachelor thesis deals with the impacts of e-commerce on retail stores in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this thesis is the evaluation of Czech B2C e-commerce market including assessment on the impacts of computerization of business processes. The first part is aimed on defining important concepts, identifying the factors influencing the level of e-commerce development and indicators used to measure e-commerce.
