Hodnocení rentability společnosti Třinecké železárny, a. s

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate profitability of Třinecké železárny, a. s. company, which is the biggest steel producer in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretic premises and to used methods. In the second part there is application of theoretical knowledge on financial data of chosen company. At first, I carried out financial analysis, specifically both vertical and horizontal analysis and analysis of ratios, including analysis of indications of profitability. For better explanatory value are chosen indication values of company compared first with values of chosen competitive subject and afterwards with values in business segment. Followed by evaluation of findings, simultaneously with recommendation for profitability improvement
