The bachelor thesis deals with the suggestion of diversity management strategy at the chosen company. It aims to propose suggestions and measures to increase productivity, effectivity and retention in the diverse teams in the given company. The thesis provides an overview of diversity management in terms of age, gender, work-life balance and culture management, as well as the current situation in the company. The research consists of survey and interviews, their statistical evaluation and proposes the recommendations and improvements for the company
