The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current situation and the proposal of suitable recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the accommodation facility in the future. The work is divided into two main parts. Literary research consists of literature. Personal work contains an analysis of the internal and external environment of the facility, on the basis of which are identified opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the accommodation facility. Part of this work is analysis of PESTE, Porter's analysis of competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The suggested recommendations should increase a competitiveness of the accommodation facility
