Studie obnovy drobných vodních ploch v zámeckém parku Buchlovice

Bachelor thesis The study of the restoration of small water areas in the Buchlovice chateau park arose in connection with the increasing drought in southern and south-eastern Moravia. The thesis deals with the possibilities of water retention in the landscape so that this water could be used for irrigation in the chateau park. The thesis proposes two alternative solutions. As part of variant no. 1, a reconstruction of the existing weir, including the renewal of the storage space, the design of a new weir and the reconstruction of the existing bridge was proposed. The second option proposes only the reconstruction of existing buildings without building new ones. It is possible to accumulate 525 m3 of water in case of variant no. 1 and 1 230 m3 of water in case of variant no. 2. 6 The proposed measures were prepared in the form of a text part including hydrotechnical calculations and attachments – maps, drawing documentation and photographic documentation
