This bachelor thesis is dealing with a topic of soil biochemistry, which is rather modern in arboriculture. The autor chose measuring of soils two most common aminoacids -glutamic acid and aspartic acid, in an A horizon and a depth od 5 centimeters. The basic hypothesis was to find a common conlusion for both of them. The hypothesis was proven on the the area with the most rainfall. If the location is not limited by the quantity of water, we can that organic matter in soil is dependant on temperatures at the location. Urban trees are almost always at soils altered by humans, with not much organicc material and organic matter is the only thing that makes the soils fertile.
